Community Wellbeing Service
Our services are provided at three centre based premises and also at community venues. They provide a programme of meaningful day time activities that supports individuals in their recovery by promoting social inclusion and providing information. Click here for Community Wellbeing Service Leaflet
Open Sessions - Provide a 'safe space' where informal support can be given by other clients and staff. The aim is also to provide an opportunity for individuals to socialise and meet new people.
Focused Sessions - Provide the opportunity to access a range of courses, activities and structured groups which will offer support and opportunities. They will usually be run on a three month programme. These sessions have limited spaces.
Reviews - These sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis, staff will support individuals, recognise and work towards the individuals own goals and plan.
