Coping with life courses

Aim:

Our Coping with Life courses are designed to help people experiencing a range of common mental health issues to make positive changes in their lives. The aim is to help people learn and develop ways of coping. They are guided self-help sessions designed to operate  using cognitive behavioural   approaches.

 

Who's it for?

For people experiencing a range of common mental health issues who want to make positive change in their lives. The courses operate using cognitive behavioural approaches in conjunction with good practice models of group facilitation.

  • Stress Management
  • Building Self-Esteem
  • Managing Depression
  • Building Resilience /Taking risks / Comfort Zones
