The project provides meaningful day time activity that supports individuals in their recovery by promoting social inclusion and providing information. Within the centre you can sit and chat, participate in any of our activities such as board games, quizzes, bingo, relaxation and gentle keep fit. Suggestions are always welcome.
If you have a mobility problem we can arrange transport for you.
