This session aims to provide a 4 week course on a one to one basis or small groups.  The clients identify their needs and a programme is arranged, with the main focus being cookery and healthy life style.  The aim is to give a basic  awareness of healthy eating, fitness, planning and cooking a meal on a budget.  The sessions are adapted to suit the individual and aims to provide community links.
