Feeling a little lost and alone in life? Are you struggling with anxiety, worries or stress? Perhaps you need confidence boosting? Our Live a Better Life Programme supports adults giving you the tools you need to manage your mental wellbeing and resilience. Our aim is to improve the recovery time for anyone experiencing a crisis with their mental health. We also help you achieve improvements in your overall physical health and support the development of life-long coping skills for mental wellbeing. The programme runs over a few weeks, and provides holistic, CBT-inspired support to adults by encouraging you to come together to enjoy a diverse mix of social, health and physical activities to improve your health and mental wellbeing.
It will help you to develop:
- Resilience to face your challenges
- Coping strategies which will help you to deal with anxiety, anger and self-esteem issues
- Greater self-understanding and self-reliance
- Skills to be part of independent Peer networks in the community
