Safe Connections supports adults 18+ who are experiencing suicidal thoughts and ideation, to access the right service at the right time. We offer a safe space for people to talk about their feelings and concerns, and explore the underlying reasons as to why someone may feel suicidal. We provide a mixture of emotional and practical support and tailored signposting to help meet the individual needs.

Side by Side is a supportive online mental health community where you can be yourself. We all know what it's like to struggle sometimes, but now there's a safe place to listen, share and be heard.
