Data Administrator and Project Support

We have an exciting opportunity to join Mind Havering, Barking & Dagenham as a Data Administrator and Project Support role. This person will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of all the Services we deliver. They’ll work closely with each project and individuals to manage the necessary data required. They’ll also be the first point of contact/critical link between our CRM (Customer Relationship Manaement) provider and the organisation, providing troubleshooting, training, and guidance on Substance Views (CRM) to facilitate the reporting of our programs and services.

The right candidate will have excellent IT and digital skills and is technically proficient with relevant & evidenced experience of working in a similar role with people using shared data systems.

The Suicide Prevention Project responds to the needs of communities across North East London (NEL) in collaboration between Mind Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Mind Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge, and Mind in City, Hackney and Waltham Forest.
